Sometimes support via phone does not produce the fastest solution to your problem. Team Viewer allows us to connect to your computers and perform virtually any task we could do on site. With your permission and access, we are able to troubleshoot and resolve your issue right where you stand.
The Annual Maintenance & Support includes Software Upgrades, Phone Support Hotline, Project Team Support, New Product information, Manuals and Material updates and Web Based User Group Access.
Every client under maintenance is entitled to the newest and latest updates. This update will include bug fixes as well as new features of the software.
Official updates are emailed to all clients with a short description of any new features or bug fixes incorporated into this release as well as documentation of how to perform the update.
Phone, email or live remote online session support is provided by Cost-OS to clients when requested, to insure proper upgrade and update installation.
