Implementation is the process that occurs between the time you license software, and have it up and running smoothly within your organization. Many times companies underestimate the cost and time needed to get a new system operational.

At Cost-OS we believe in Proof of Concept. Our development and implementation team will work with your group to ensure the system will work the way you work from day one. We train and guide your staff to create Power Users that understand the specifics of the CostOS® software and combine that knowledge with your current work methods and estimating practices.

Our Discovery Workshop is where current estimating practices are discussed in detail in order for Cost-OS to fully understand your current estimating workflow. We will identify performance criteria, takeoff methods, pricing, sorting, reports, and gap analysis to improve weaknesses and enhance the best attributes. Your staff will respond well if the new system looks and feels familiar from the beginning. CostOS is so flexible, we can put your group on the road to success very quickly while training your Power Users along the way. After Successful Implementation, Cost-OS offers three types of training: on-site, at our corporate office, or online.

On-Site training provides a convenient way for organizations to learn how to use CostOS. One of our Training and Implementation team members will travel to the organization’s office to conduct training workshops.

Another option is to come to our corporate office where you will receive training designed for your specific needs. Let our staff help you to understand what’s possible within the CostOS system to design a custom solution for your company.

Web-Based Training is utilized for basic navigation and as follow-up after the initial training classes.

technical support

Maintenance includes tech support as needed from our staff, as well as all future software updates. Cost-OS releases minor updates every quarter and at least one major release each year. Our support staff serves to answer any questions and troubleshoot to resolve potential issues via phone or email. The help desk is open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT. Our support staff is equipped with GoToAssist, ensuring our customers a quick response time to resolve issues or help with using the program.
