A Look Into the Cost-OS Discovery Workshop

Throughout your Discovery Workshop, all estimating practices are discussed in GREAT detail, allowing us to fully understand your team’s current estimating workflow.

From there, we will work with YOU to identify performance criteria, takeoff methods, pricing, sorting, reports, and gap analysis in order to improve any weaknesses and further enhance your current method’s positive attributes.

Here are 8 different levels of discussion you'll encounter throughout your Cost-OS Discovery Workshop:

  • Holding a Project Kickoff Meeting gives us a chance to familiarize ourselves with everyone involved in the implementation process. We will define all roles and responsibilities, set expectations, and discuss all assumptions heading into the implementation process.

  • A discussion with subject-matter experts allows us to gather all thoughts and opinions from the people that know your company best. Your team’s decision-makers will have a chance to learn the ins and outs of the implementation process and further discuss any thoughts or concerns.

  • Our goal is to find what works best for YOUR team. By hosting a technical discussion with your team’s IT Department, we are able to go into detail about the pro’s and con’s for on-prem versus cloud hosting CostOS.

    Do you have the ability to host and manage an enterprise-level software system? What are the best practices for all server configurations and system requirements? Are you looking to interface CostOS with other apps & programs: Accounting, scheduling, project management, cost-control?
